Shared assets create recurring operating needs A housing cooperative or community association manages more than a collection of buildings. It coordinates shared expenditure, maintenance, resident concerns and decisions that affect households with different priorities. For service providers across BRICS markets, this creates recurring demand for accounting support, asset maintenance, procurement and communication. The opportunity depends on improving collective administration while respecting the community's decision-making structure. Treating residents only as a list of potential customers is unlikely to produce a durable relationship.
